Like a chef competition show, except its gangsters. They cook, bitch, fight, cuss, swag the bottle, pass joints, and one might be in the back jackhammering a waitress over the bread table. The guests don't know its a mockumentary. They think its a real cooking show.
As the cooks do their thing, the guests can hear the commotion and wonder what the fuck they got themselves involved in. However, the food is delicious.
