i am currently 16.6% body fat
in 1 month i did my promise and i went from 18-19% bf to 16.6 body fat while ascending from lmtn to mtn
i am supposed to be 12% by 7 weeks , possibly less from mass gain
ill also hop on skincare for a month and if it doesnt work im gonna hop on accutane
then im gonna get contact lenses and ill experiement with coloring
by 2 months my goal is hmtn
then ill experiment with coloring and hop on contact lenses
and then im supposed to facially hit a plateu after being lean with clear skin
then ill just gymmax for years to get a body halo

yeah may not be the move tbh t50 looks good on me but you never know without trying
ill deff tan at summer to experience around ill dye my hair and get contact lenses just for the sake of it
