Heroin addict with 19 arrests who dragged an NYPD cop with his car forcing another police officer to shoot him is awarded $11m by a jury after being left partially paralyzed

A jury in the Bronx has awarded $11 million to a man who suffered partial paralysis after he was shot by police during a 2006 traffic stop. Raoul Lopez was shot in the back of the neck by an NYPD officer.
why aren't you out there committing crimes and collecting $11 million? a heroin addict who tried to kill officers is rewarded with millions by a jury of fellow criminals

more than any wagecuck will see in multiple lifetimes

Lololol, and people wonder why hate grows every day. When bad people get away with harming others then the law abiding citizens are bound to start hating.

imagine giving a heroin addict $11 million

what is he going to do with it?

Doesn't look lime we have all the facts. The police must have done something wrong for this outcome. The man was cleared of all charges in the criminal case and won a hefty lawsuit. So i would say the police were in the wrong...probably. Oh can you not all see what has happened here? The two police officers conspire with the low life become friends and he puts them in his will, dies of drug OD and coppers get the inheritance! It's a death sentence for the plaintiff, even though he won. Sheer brilliance if you ask me. That's what makes New York so great...Great for criminals and illegals among other lowlifes, that is.
