I think worrying about a tiny bit of asymmetry regarding them is not worth your time. They're not ideal in any case, but the asymmetry is not something you should be concerned about.
Yeah they're terrible, but not there's nothing you can do to widen your lips and no it's not due to you not talking a lot as a kid, lol. It's genetic.
