I am norwood scale 3 and am slowly becoming nearly fully bald, what are the chances that we develop a very effective and safe measure to recover hair loss before say 2030, . Also anyone got any experience with pyrilutamide.

The available hairloss treatments are actually quite good and if you do hop on Fin/dut and pyriltamide/RU together you're basically guaranteed to keep your NW for at least 5 years.

GT20029 looks promising especially considering the mechanism of action

Hmi 115 seems retarded with bogus results wouldnt put much faith in lt

ET-02 is in the pipeline for hair growth, don't know too much about it though.

Gt200029 might be the legit cure that's always been 10 years away for 40 straight years

Honestly some people get insane results so I wouldn't say its impossible for him to regain something like a dense NW2 with fin+min.

People have even gone MtF only because of their hairloss and have further recovered insane amounts of ground on HRT. I'm talking about multiple Norwood levels worth of regrowth

Sure he might get to NW2 or 1.5, but unless his bones are SUPERB that won't suffice.

Only Gandy or people with similar dimorphic bones can rock a NW1.5-2
