I took cjc + ipa for a bit of time and tbh the only thing I really saw was just better sleep, buts that to be expected from any gh peptide. I only did cjc + ipa for like 12 days and then I stopped so I can’t tell you for sure if they are cope or not but from my experience, they don’t really do much other than improve sleep
