Hgh 4 months (switch to EOD?)

been on hgh 6iu daily for 4 months now but apparently its better to take it every other day (for me it would be 12iu EOD)

do i have to stay on hgh now as long as i want to grow because my endogenous production is fucked?

yea you can do that
gh endogenous production recovers in under 3 days, usually like 1 or 2 at the most
i would hope you didnt just pick an iu dose and actually looked at the guidelines for iss? 0.24-0.47mg/kg/week
divide that number by 7 then multiply by 3 to get daily iu dose
and make sure your igf1 z score is at +2.0, higher is acromegalic (sometimes it is pushed that high for short periods of time), and lower is unideal

all that and no solution cus wrong subforum

these are both daily max, so if you were going to do it eod, it would be at least 13iu eod and at most 26iu eod

after looking at it more it seems like its specifically for kids, since their growth plates are ALL open, for me its likely only my mandible and clavicles and maybe a few more

if anything that means you'd need higher doses to force any remaining growth
either way what really matters is your igf1 z score, get it tested and keep it at +2.0 for a balance of safety and growth, you could technically go above into the acromegalic range but your choice

By reading this I realized it was over before I was even born jfl. I was born small for gestational age and born prematurely. Also hit puberty and my growth spurt early which I read somewhere else was correlated with shorter adult height. 19 and 5'7" so I'll prob just fraud 2-3" when I can. Hoping to get my little brother on GH but I don't think him or my parents would want that.
