I suppose it‘s your age, I cant give you an estimate until you‘re on 5iu - just watch your blood sugar levels, get frequent bloodwork and slowly work your way up. If you abuse it too young you‘ll get whats called a cardiomegaly, aside from 100 other side effects that you could‘ve easily avoided if you didnt rush it. Also dont believe these autists on the forum saying they started with 8iu or whatever.
