hgh, accutane, drinking, etc for liver

On hgh at the moment and skin is piss poor. Always had acne, been on tret for a few months and have seen minor improvement but not anything I'd like. I drink heavily 1-2x a week and also pin gh daily (on non drinking days at night). Could i toss in accutane in the stack also but only 71 and not sure how harsh this would all be on my liver.
