Aight so i'm 17

Growing up i've eaten shit and had really bad sleep routines- barley getting 4 hours some nights of the week

- I haven't been trying to maximize my height growth growing up whatsoever,

- and my growth plates are still open (as of 2 weeks ago)

Would taking HGH now makeup for the years of most likely inadequate growth hormone levels.

Planning on doing 4 IU a day for at least a couple months and gonna also maximise my sleep too.

Should I take an AI or just hope my natural growth is still quite large

Solution farming isn’t my forté honestly. I’m not the best at it and I will only farm it when a grey is gonna be told to inject 10IU/day for 3yrs since it’s for the greater good.
