you can just try berberine the supplement, but that won't help it 100%.

You have to monitor your blood glucose. Do not take metformin or berberine, they lower IGF-1, and you want IGF-1 levels to stay high. Do two injections per day: one fasted in the morning, and the second 3 hours after lunch. DO NOT EAT FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR AND A HALF AFTER THE INJECTION. Do not inject before bed, because your GH naturally spikes during the night. If you want to stay debloated, you may need eplerenone, you can order it on Indiamart.
