hgh + ai height growth with bone age 17 possible?

My bone age is 17, i’m wondering if with 12IU hgh and arimidex 0.5mg would height growth still be possible, im currently on hgh and ai but just got back my bone age and it’s 17 and im almost 15. is 3 inches to optimistic?
