Well the chronic low estrodial levels needed to make an actual difference in growth plate fusion is the unhealthy part. The ai is "safe" tho.

be smart with the dosing you don't need to abuse it for height. you only have a certain amount of igf-1 receptors and if you overflow them with pointless hgh all you are doing is closing your plates faster and coming out worse. i'm only taking 3iu rn because i'm not a caveman troglodyte.

do more research but if you can afford it 8-10iu everynight 6 months on and 2-3 months off and repeat 1-2 more times depending how old you and your growth plates. But start at a lower dose hgh to see how your body responds, and personally i take 6.25mg aromasin
