Said 4-8 ius, 10000iu vit d is overkill imothis has to be a joke
4 IUs and height growth in the same sentence
2000 IU vitamin d, is still kind of a small amount, i'd bump it up to 10,000 IU vitamin d
4-8 is low as fuck, i mean 8 should be the legal minimum in my opinion, doing anything less then that and you're almost wasting money by not exceeding the amount of HGH your body would have naturally producedSaid 4-8 ius, 10000iu vit d is overkill imo
Yeah they can handle it but overkill, height growth at 4iu HGH isn't outrageous to say, the more the better but more risk4-8 is low as fuck, i mean 8 should be the legal minimum in my opinion, doing anything less then that and you're almost wasting money by not exceeding the amount of HGH your body would have naturally produced
your body can handle a lot more vitamin d then a couple thousand units, ive seen mfs doing hundreds of thousands per day
what risks exactly are you referring toYeah they can handle it but overkill, height growth at 4iu HGH isn't outrageous to say, the more the better but more risk
