creatine and other shit doesnt do anything other roids will just fuck up your hormone in the long term. Start eating primal diet, raw organs and meat will give you bonemass i can assure you

idk about nasal peptides, but mk, creatine, collagen and like ashwaghandha are decent options if you dont inject

I'm definitely taking creatine and collagen but I'm scared taking mk 677 will close my growth plates early and i get stuck at midget height, ruining my puberty.
