I mean im 17 i belive my growth palates arent closed since we grow until we are 21 or smth like that and ive seen some height changes over the past few months but just not big ones im currently 5'10 / 177 or 178 idrk

TL;DR: An AI will do most the work, the GH is a slight assistance. At 17-18, growth is going to be like half a centimetre unless you’re a genetic outlier which I’ll reasonably assume you’re not.

Hop on an AI if your plates are open. But 17-18, you’re not growing notably.

get a scan of your growth plates first as it is quite late, if its open you should 100% use hgh, around 4-6 ui, but if its closed you shouldn't use hgh.

You can use it whenever you want, but it won’t change a thing if you want to grow taller and your plaques are closed. So first of all make sure they aren’t closed after that start using it (plz give me solution)
