I’m on it and yes it is like I only de bloat when I have an energy drink (200mg caffeine) and some potassium rich drink. I’m just going to start using eplerenone since all the water weight prob not good on my heart as I’ll be on cycle for over a year

Yeah same i got a source that’s 1$ per IU and easy to buy from bc its a website and i dont feel like buying from a random telegram, i was gonna get 400-500 IU
