I am going to start pinning hgh but I am wondering what is a safe and optimal dose (weekly). I am 16 and 185cm as well i am roughly 77kg

you will need to do 8+ ius daily, ideally 10 but if you have 36iu vials 9 might be less effort or if you are really crazy 12. Make sure to monitor blood glucose at a minimum as not to cook insulin sensitivity and try to get blood work done
