If you’re 16 and considering HGH, you need to get bloodwork and see an endocrinologist first — messing with hormones without medical guidance can seriously mess up your growth plates, skull shape, and symmetry. It won’t give you Down syndrome, but yes, it can cause weird disproportionate growth (nose, jaw, hands, feet) if abused. You still have some natural height potential left, especially with a 5’9 dad — don’t ruin it by blasting hormones blindly.
thank you really solid advice, i didnt mention this but im seeing my endocrinologist in around a week and ill see what she has to tell me, all of this procedure would be under medical guidance and since my sister is shorter than my mother by around 2 inches I suspect she has a GHD (growth hormone deficiency) and that could also mean I have it being 4 inches shorter than my dad and barely taller than my mom at the age of 16 which most boys stop growing at, I also wanted to know if my wingpsan which is 5'9 or 176cm which is significantly taller than my height means the rest of my body has some catching up to do or if its just coded differently.
