Do i need to do blood works first or anything else?
Should i take an ai with hgh?
Should i check something while im on hgh?
Im doing 2 iu first 2 weeks then 3 iu for 2 weeks, i’ll go for maybe about 6 iu. Im pinning hgh for 3 months daily.

get bloods first bro especially igf1 and glucose. no need for ai with hgh. 6iu for only 3 months is pretty high tho you’ll bloat like crazy. maybe stay around 3-4iu longer and watch your blood sugar

if youre still in puberty then hgh can actually help with height a bit. but starting at 4-5iu is still high asf for the first few months. id start at 2-3iu and go up slow if everything feels fine. dont expect insane height gains tho genetics decide most of that

yeah starting at 2-3iu is smarter. you can get some extra height if your plates are still open but expecting 187 just from hgh is pretty optimistic tbh. most of it is still genetics. just dont go too high and watch your blood sugar so it doesnt fuck your hormones

nah hgh doesnt shut down ur natural gh production like test does. it can suppress it a bit while ur on it but it bounces back after u stop. since ur expecting 185 without it anyway id just run it low and not overdo the dose or duration

Your production wont shut down it literally recovers if you miss a few days of dosing already

You need an aromatase inhibitor emphasise on the need

You will barely see a change in muscle growth

You need atleast 6 months for changes in bone remodeling thus facial bone growth bs, all your sutures in your face are already fused excluding nose just maybe

You need baseline bloodwork

Titrating dose is mostly to lower visual side effects such as bloat or less intracranial pressure but you’ll get through it, otherwise you’re stunting growth for a month

You should check blood glucose frequently on gh and bloodwork every once in a while

Did you do like a minute of research? They don’t even use rhGH after 14-15 usually they begin at as early as a few months old but usually 6-12yo
