Hgh for height growth at 20

I got hgh right before I turned 20 and was running about 6iu a day. The hgh ran out about 2 months ago and I’m considering buying more.
On one hand I know I wasn’t running really enough gh to stimulate bone growth and obviously I’m old so it’s expected for my growth plates to have closed.
However I am definitely a late bloomer so I suspect they could potentially be open and I saw 0.25-0.5 inches of height growth while on hgh. Also for what it’s worth I felt tingling in my knees every time I pinned.
I’ve heard some people say it might be because hgh will sometimes loosen up your spine and all height benefits were from that.
Just wondering if I should buy more specifically if all I want is to gets taller

I’ve heard u can add bone mass throughout your entire life, like add millimeters in thickness, but can never remodel ur facial structure, and that test is the best way to go if u want that

HGH wont make you grow lmao, there are no studies showing that it makes healthy teens grow so just save your money and get insoles

I hit puberty pretty late. Percentile-wise I went from 30% at 13 to 28% at 14, 52% at 15 and 76% at 16. I was like 5’4” and 3/4” at 14 and a half.
Also I was more like 5’11” 3/4” before hgh and now I’m 6’ to 6’ 1/4”

Well the best you could do is take an X ray and the growth plates are visible there. But most likely it's over.

ive been hearing the same thing about hgh hydrating ur spinal discs leading to getting taller while ur on it but did u see any shrinkage afterwards like is it only temporary what you got or it stays forever since you stopped 2 months ago it should've had time to actually go back like it was before if it was only fluid retention u get me

Hard to say. I was measuring myself against a doorway for all of last summer and could tell I was like a quarter inch or so below the top (like I could feel it with my hair and everything).
After running the hgh, I got back for winter break and even after a long day when my spine should be fully compressed i twas still able to touch the top of the doorway with my head. This stayed true for the month I was off hgh while at home.
I left to study abroad so I can't measure myself against the doorway. I should have been actually measuring myself the whole time but I wasn't.
If I had to guess the doorway is 6' even. I'm going to start running hgh again for a few months and before I do I'll measure myself first.
