the body secretes approximately 40 ug/kg daily during late puberty.

After puberty ≈ 40 mcg/kg/day

70 x 40 = 2800 mcg = 2.8 mg of natural GH per day.

Convert this to international units (IU):

2.8 mg x 3 = approximately 8.4 IU per day.

When you take growth hormone injections, if your IU is less than 9 IU, you are literally giving your body externally to prevent it from producing a larger amount.

To understand more the difference between the importance of local and systemic IGF-1, it is very large in clinical trials when scientists delete the gene responsible for receiving local IGF-1, there was a very severe decrease in height (shorter by (40%), while when they prevented the body’s production of systemic IGF-1, the body’s height was almost not affected at all, not even noticeably. This makes it clear that local IGF-1 is the primary and main responsible, and systemic IGF-1 plays a secondary role that is almost negligible in the longitudinal growth of bones

Okay but I also suggested peptides, not HGH. you can also design protocols concentrated around igf-1.

Also everyone's response to hgh, igf1, igf2 is incredibly gene dependent. you also need to do a lot more than just take hgh. theres a vast multitude of factors, growth analogs, and lifestyle routines responsible for the development of your bones. Not everyone will respond the same, but we know exactly what is responsible for bone development, and we know exactly how we can boost each & every variable bone development depends on to the maximum, and get the best possible end result we can. so why not???

In late puberty, the body naturally produces around 1–2 IU (International Units) of growth hormone (GH) per day on average? what?
Hgh for ppl who have problem if u see
