Is HGH actually worth taking, im 18 years old and wondering if it would actually improve my looks, im short but im more focused on how it would effect my face. Only concerns are acromegaly and other sides but would be willing to try if i could guarantee some results.

even if you started at like 15-16 you would be lucky to get an extra inch, most people who get given hgh start really really young, as in before puberty, also they have high quality hgh , and its mostly due to them having a deficiency in gh

Won’t really do too much for you out of puberty tbh, people overstate the affects on facial bone growth. Maybe u can get some extra clavicle length though
