I'm on HGH for 2 weeks now

MY FIRST INJECTION
At first there was too much in the syringe, then too little, then my needle got bent and wasn’t sharp enough to inject anymore.
I was shaking like crazy - so I basically needed 3 needles for one injection

(just know, it's normal to be nervous when you inject for the first time)

But the injection itself wasn’t painful at all, I almost didn’t felt it

directly after the injection, I got a warm feeling in my body (which I still get)
But except that, I felt nothing else, at least not until the next morning
when I woke up, I looked into the mirror and damn, I literally looked 10kg heavier, my head was round asf, even my sister noticed

That bloat got better after a few hours and kept getting a little bit better the next few days
when I upped my dose the first time I had the same thing again but not as much as when I first injected

EFFECTS AND SIDE EFFECTS I NOTICED

PROS
strength increased a little bit

also, my sleep quality improved

Hair and skin quality improved - in addition to that, my hair and nails grow faster

NEUTRAL/IDK
My body weight went from 63kg to 67kg (mostly water ofc)

I measured myself today, and it said like 2mm taller, but that was probably because I slept like 10–11 hours
(will measure again in two weeks)

a little bit more sex drive since I started
(really just a little)

also I don't know if it's related, but I've been a bit tired the last few days, but like my dad said "could be because of the weather"

CONS
Bloat, like I already said

Sometimes, mostly after around 1 hour after the injection, my fingers start tingling a bit, but usually just for a few minutes

For those who don't know what the boiling test is
You reconstitute your HGH, then put it in boiling water for about 2 minutes. The whole solution should become cloudy and milky.
Next, leave it out at room temperature overnight. If it looks the same the next day, then it’s HGH
(or at least a protein that’s also difficult to manufacture, which means it’s very likely HGH)
If it remains clear afterward, it’s fake.

You should still do blood work, this test is just an indicator!

I will do blood work on 31 July where i will test
-IGF-1
-Free Testosterone
-Estradiol (E2)
-TSH
-fT4

Also, I just ordered exemestane and T4
i will probably just run a very low dose of exemestane, to keep my E2 in the 20-25 pg/ml range
T4 just for the case of need

Will test E2 after 1–2 weeks of exemestane to see if it's real and/or if I should adjust my dose

Next update will most likely be the results of my blood work
I'm open for advice

I was shaking like crazy - so I basically needed 3 needles for one injection

(just know, it's normal to be nervous when you inject for the first time)

But the injection itself wasn’t painful at all, I almost didn’t felt it

directly after the injection, I got a warm feeling in my body (which I still get)
But except that, I felt nothing else, at least not until the next morning
when I woke up, I looked into the mirror and damn, I literally looked 10kg heavier, my head was round asf, even my sister noticed

That bloat got better after a few hours and kept getting a little bit better the next few days
when I upped my dose the first time I had the same thing again but not as much as when I first injected

EFFECTS AND SIDE EFFECTS I NOTICED

PROS
strength increased a little bit

also, my sleep quality improved

Hair and skin quality improved - in addition to that, my hair and nails grow faster

NEUTRAL/IDK
My body weight went from 63kg to 67kg (mostly water ofc)

I measured myself today, and it said like 2mm taller, but that was probably because I slept like 10–11 hours
(will measure again in two weeks)

a little bit more sex drive since I started
(really just a little)

also I don't know if it's related, but I've been a bit tired the last few days, but like my dad said "could be because of the weather"

CONS
Bloat, like I already said

Sometimes, mostly after around 1 hour after the injection, my fingers start tingling a bit, but usually just for a few minutes
(not that dramatic)

I usually never had red spots or similar things, except today - I noticed a tiny red spot on the point i injected yesterday
(nothing serious and just wasn't careful enough)

Did the boiling test with the rest of HGH in my first vial, which turned out "positive"

For those who don't know what the boiling test is
You reconstitute your HGH, then put it in boiling water for about 2 minutes. The whole solution should become cloudy and milky.
Next, leave it out at room temperature overnight. If it looks the same the next day, then it’s HGH
(or at least a protein that’s also difficult to manufacture, which means it’s very likely HGH)
If it remains clear afterward, it’s fake.

You should still do blood work, this test is just an indicator!

I will do blood work on 31 July where i will test
-IGF-1
-Free Testosterone
-Estradiol (E2)
-TSH
-fT4

Also, I just ordered exemestane and T4
i will probably just run a very low dose of exemestane, to keep my E2 in the 20-25 pg/ml range
T4 just for the case of need

Will test E2 after 1–2 weeks of exemestane to see if it's real and/or if I should adjust my dose

Next update will most likely be the results of my blood work
I'm open for advice

If I would be in your place I would get an x-ray of my wrist, let a doctor determine my bone age and then decide if it’s worth to hop on.

I’m 5‘7-5‘8 so I take every cm i possibly can

If you take something then take HGH + an ai

I don’t know where you can get an c-ray in your country since I don’t know where you live but In Germany there are so called „radiologies“ where you can make an x-ray and a doctor determines your bone age and tells you how much growth you have left before your plates close
