FOR CONTEXT
after i received my last bloodwork results, i quickly lowered my dose to 2iu again because my E2 levels were 56pg/mL
also worked on my glucose levels

Sadly, my Exemstane + T4 delivery took almost 3 weeks
couldn't do much in this time so i just ldar

before that, my morning height increased around 0,8-1,3cm, but after decreasing my GH dosage I lost a bit of that again
(for those who don't know, HGH causes water retention in your spine, making you a bit taller)

THE START OF EXEMESTANE
I started with 6.25 mg and then increased my dose to 12.5 mg
I also raised my GH dose back up to 6 IU. Looking back, I might have increased everything a little too quickly.

After starting exemestane and bringing my HGH dose back up, I noticed that I first noticed that i slept really well, almost like a baby
However, when I woke up, I realized my back and face acne had returned, and I was experiencing noticeably more bloating than usually on HGH

the good thing
the first 2 days the acne got worse, but then quickly cleared up and the bloat also got better after just a few days

BLOODWORK
I didn't do a baseline test, but 10 days after (today) I got these checked
Estradiol
IGF-1
Lipids (cholesterol and triglyceride)
Total testosterone
Glucose

Here are the results

I think it couldn't be much better tbh
especially when you keep in mind that this is just 6iu HGH and 12,5mg

inb4 someone's says "your IGF-1 levels are way too high"
I will only do this for 1 more month and then lower my dose to 4ius

OTHER STUFF
when i bought the exemestane and T4, my money got sent back after a few hours because "the wallet I was trying to send the money to was not trustworthy"
so I basically got it for free

ordered another 720iu of GH
Mom told me my shoulders look wider and a friends told me I look bigger
I’m going on vacation soon and I’m planning to take two 24 IU vials with me, which I intentionally set aside for this trip.
The problem is that I won’t be able to keep them refrigerated, since my mom questions everything I do.

SIDE EFFECTS
maybe my joints feel a bit stiffer, but really just a little bit, not something I worry about

nothing else tbh
(except the acne and bloat in the first few days)

I wouldn’t call this a negative side effect
but one thing I’ve def noticed is a significant increase in sexual drive and much stronger, more frequent erections,
(Almost walking around with a perma boner)

I don’t really like admitting it, but I went from only masturbating every few weeks to doing it every few days.
I even slipped back into watching porn a few times, despite having stayed away from it for a long time beforehand

overall i feel absolutely great and I'm really happy about the fact that everything is going so well
(hope the norwood reaper is not coming for me, but hoping is not something I can rely on, so I will prob order @ru58841)

mirin, just keep in mind height growth isn't guaranteed taking this so if u dont grow dont get depressed about it, make the most out of your gh in the gym and with your macros as well
