Berb is not good enough. Get metformin.

Also for the face changes- it’s nose dependent, but let’s say you’re running it at 3-7 IUs, then you won’t have much bloat, but if you do, you can always get a diuretic in your hand.

For bone growth, you won’t notice any significant bone enchantment in your face unless you’re doing it at 10-15+ IUs, which I doubt.
