My question is should i hope on either IGF-1 Or HGH for these reasons
- bone growth
- muscle recovery
- cutting weight / reducing fat
- better cell regen

which of those two IGF-1 or HGH should i consider using for these benefits and if you can explain why.

igf-1 is fucking bullshit, just do hgh, it fits ur criteria more anyway. you get the igf-1 effects + all the shit u listed. igf-1 won't grow bones, it barely grows muscle, and it doesn't help burn fat or cell regen. HGH won't grow bones but it'll strengthen them, help u cut weight, help u sleep better, muscle recovery, and cell regen. HGH

For maximum effect, both compounds would theoretically work together on craniofacial bone.
Human Growth Hormone (HGH) stimulates the natural release of growth signals in the body. It activates chondrocytes (cartilage cells) and osteoblasts (bone-forming cells), which are involved in bone growth and remodeling.
HGH mainly acts as the signal, while IGF-1 carries out much of the actual growth activity. The IGF-1 LR3 variant has a much longer half-life (around 20 hours) compared with natural IGF-1 (around 20 minutes), which means its effects last longer in the body. Don’t just take my word for it. The reason I’m telling you this is because I’m planning to start taking both of them in a couple of months once I save enough money. I’ve made an entire file about this, including the potential effects, how to manage side effects, how long someone should stay on them, the dosages, and answers to many questions related to the protocol.
