20 years old, my ortho thinks marpe/mse can help with breathing and stop snoring + my palate is pretty narrow. I’m optimistic since my eyes are pretty close together so i’m hoping that’ll help too. My question is since the sutures in my face are going to get disturbed, can I use test or hgh to make the most of the facial bone gains?

use hgh secretagogues and huperzine a

exogenous hgh is hepatic and mostly metabolic, which doesn't help since you need signaling in your bones/tissues rather than a high amount of igf1

tesa + ipa + mk is a good stack

you should expect minimal results from this since you're 20 though

Vorinostat - 50mg per day
Anavar - 50mg per day
Testosterone - only use if you can maintain low estradiol with an AI
Teriparatide - 20mcg per day
GH - 5iu per day
Vitamin K2 MK4 - 100mg per day (consumed with 10g+ fat)
Vitamin D3 - 10K IU per day (consumed with 10g + fat)
Protein - 0.8g/lb bodyweight
Carbohydrates - 3-4g/lb bodyweight

Letrozole if growth plates are open ( probably not at 20 but you never know nowadays with late puberty due to low testosterone being a seemingly common thing)

Supplements will do close to nothing and the doses for the other shit are miniscule

I swear this is an exact copy of Androgenic's stack that he tells people to take in his course lmao:lul:

Why do you recommend K2mk4 over mk7? Any specific reason?

would this stack work for someone getting MARPE whose palatial sutures are still not completely fused (17, really late bloomer) and also what dosages and for how long would you recommend:

Tesamorelin
Ipamorelin
MK-677
Epithalon
Huperzine A
Berberine

both block a lil estrogen also if you do that apply estrogen cream to your face

berberine messes up signaling

take some arimidex too

if you're really worried about blood glucose take metformin, i have sources if you'd like

as for dosage you should research that yourself

but it's recommended to be on secretagogues for at least a year since growth exponentially increases after the 10 month mark

Thanks a lot :feelsautistic:, why do you recommend arimidex instead of exemastene? I’ve read it doesn’t stunt brain development as much.

Would love to have a good source for metformin since blood glucose is my biggest concern rn (some diabetes family history, not that deep tho)

As for dosing I’m guessing tirate up then down like with other compounds if I’m gonna be on them for longer than 6 months
