if I were to use HGH, where can you get it from for good value? How often should you pin? in how high doses should you pin? What would be the minimum age recommended to use it?

Minimum age is 13. I get mine from Neurolabs 0.6 an iu (PM me if you need help with that). Pin daily in the evening or morning. If you pin in the evening, fast for 2 hours before. Loading dose (first week-4ius), then 4-12 iu after, depending on your goal. I recommend 4-8.
