If you're planning to use human growth hormone (HGH) at the age of 15–16 and you're already at a normal height—somewhere around 5'8" to 5'11"—you should know that only 2–4 IU is typically enough. In fact, that’s already considered a relatively high dose. You don’t need to "blast" it to see height increases; smaller amounts can be effective and, in some cases, even work better than higher doses. Please do research before any cycle. Happy Injections!
