buy an insulin cooler, they are more reliable and also easier to hide/compact.

for hGH, you can buy domestic - which is very expensive - or look for chinese sources which I dont believe I am allowed to give.

aromatese inhibitors are relatively cheap, you can get them from any domestic source

look for sources on eroids and thinksteroids

you can use tadalafil for blood pressure, but its a little mild so you could also look into lisinopril or other beta blockers.

for blood sugar however, metformin should suffice
