cartilage growth is when your cartilage grows (JFL?) and theres no amount of hGH you have to take for your bones to grow in a way that you want.

it all depends on igf-1 blood levels, you could pin 4iu and get insane results just like you could pin 8iu and get minimal changes, obviously a higher hgh dose would result in a higher gh -> igf-1 conversion rate but it still depends on your body
i’m pretty sure 4-6iu is relatively low for bone modeling purposes tho

you’re better off with test and its derivates if you want dimo
if you strictly only want to use hgh i’d say 8iu+ pinned ed but it won’t do much in terms of craniofacial structure change imo
