on a serious note, HGH combined with an androgen such as testosterone will speed up facial development by periosteal expansion. Not gunna go too much into the science side of it but yes, with and without an androgen HGH will accelerate bone growth however i would say it is definetly better when combined with something such as testosterone 250-280 just to maximise results
