All 3 could, stimulate maxillary bone growth can contribute to spine which obv thats not a bad thing ud want to be taller, could make the neck longer by effecting the cervical vertebrae

If u do everything right then the chances and effects will be extremely low and minimal actually even getting bad effects is extremely rare 1 forum user got unlucky here did everything right and everything got fucked up
