you do stuff that condusive to growth during puberty theres no magic shit you can do to grow your bones

So i need to wait till puberty finishes im 13 btw so my cheekbones are going to increase at like 15-16?

facial bones keep growing till your 19-21. you want to do stuff thats conducive to that growth and other growth during puberty. essentially just gym with a 200 cal caloric surplus with a good diet and live a good life style. theres nothing more you can do to get more growth its just up to genetics which yours don't look horrible

U dont know a heck, during puberty if Ur fat all Ur testosterone Will convert into estradiol which Will only make you more feminine and shorter

you can hit the gym at any age? its just myth/societal cope that weight lifting/body building is dangerous, other sports put similar strain to the body and have as high if not higher risk of injury yet there normalized. if your parents or some other factor is stopping your from going to an actual gym doing calisthenics at home or at a park is fine.
