I am 18. I want increase my Hieght.
For that I am doing the following things :
- sleeping 7 to 10 hours almost everyday.
- stretching eg. Cobra stretch, tadasana, toe touch & manymore almost everyday.
- jumping or skipping for 5 min.
- playing football every 2nd or 3rd day.
- sprinting 50 meters 3 times once a week.
- diet -
I eat 3 eggs & glass of milk for breakfast 5 days a week.
eat chicken every 4th or 5th day.
drink a glass of milk after dinner everyday.
Avoid jungfood almost everytime.
Cut off suger (just use it in tea).
- I hang my legs from a Hiegh place with ancle weights on & do sleep stretch for 30 min few times a week in hope that microfacture will increase my leg length.
I know I am cooked but I will try my best even for one inch.
