Between high and low, yes. These are also extreme examples. Some (if not most) people’s cheekbones are set somewhere in the middle.

Generally all of these but most importantly

Poor maxilary development ( projection)
Recessed mandible ( skin stretching effect)
Bad fat distribution
Excess bf levels

But still if you're lean and still have malar fat there's nothing much you can do because you can't perform lipo there

Gives you nasabolical folds
