these lying pieces of shit say high cholesterol is bad for you when its the opposite.

ldl cholesterol comes from the use of vegetable oils that poison your food.

people still have heart disease because they consume processed bullshit which contains ldl cholesterol that clogs your arteries and builds up plaque. this can also be a result of hyperthyroidism.

people fail to understand how people who eat 10 sticks of butter and 50 eggs a day have normal cholesterol levels that don't cause heart disease.

high ldl cannot be obtained from excessive raw cheese, raw milk, or raw butter or raw meat. but from processed garbage thats packaged like mac and cheese and pasta.

i just know that on a high cholesterol raw diet my BP and Cholesterol was really high (especially for my age) and when i was vegan for some weeks, it dropped down significantly, so dietary cholesterol definetly seems to have a direct correlation with higher Blood Cholesterol, maybe different genes play a role into this aswell, as always.

You are right being vegan for some time improved your cardiovascular health by a lot, but it isn't sustainable living like that as we need cholesterol for synthesizing hormones like testosterone and it's the building block of many other areas of the body.

A balanced diet will always mog any other diet, there is no "true hidden diet". The perfect diet was always infront of us.

yeah thats what im doing rn since a while, a balanced diet, and i feel a lot better overall then on any of my previous fad diets.

actually based asf. Swing any side and it becomes a problem. Either absolutely no meat or absolutely only animal products and stuff like low vitamins and cholestrol becomes a problem. HDL cholestrol whic is contained in eggs is good, wheras ldl cholestol is bad.
