I have been trying an animal based diet for almost a week compared to my usual meals of goyslop. Should I worry about high cholestrol from the amount of meat im eating?
I am primarily eating cheeses, ground beef, steak, and eggs for basically all my meals since I've started. I try searching it up but the jewish google ai keeps telling me that I shouldn't eat all animal based products and that I will have a stroke by 30 if I keep eating this way. Has anyone here tried it long term? If so how have you felt?
