High E = Late Puberty

My puberty was late, and I was super high e ages 12-13, lowering it all when i got 14
How do i cope knowing this

Studies show that OVERWEIGHT people start puberty earlier, but OBESE people start puberty later. Make of that what you will.

estrogen will correlate with timing of puberty due to the very hormones that trigger it but it shouldn't affect the timing itself very much
