Im not expecting to debate foids in this thread, just giving you incels valid arguments and proof, incase a foid tries to tell you shit.
When you debate a foid about soy products, they always have some arguments, that do make sense, if you dont do research. They are fucking larping and do not know shit. This thread is to disprove them. High-Effort + Sources
„Bio-Availability is better“
The PDCAAS score (protein digestibility corrected amino acid score) is in fact better for protein on paper, but the PDCAAS data has been proven absolute dogshit. The PDCAAS does not match with the ACTUAL protein availability, the DIAAS score (digestible indispensable amino acid score). This means the commonly by foids used PDCAAS, where soy protein does in fact have a higher availability, is trash. The DIAAS scores are lower than the PDCAAS scores, ESPECIALLY in poor quality protein. This means, the PDCAAS, which foods use, is total larping, overestimating soy protein and underestimating meat protein. The DIAAS, where soy has a score of 85-90, and meat has a score of 110-130, is true.
In simpler words, the PDCAAS (disproven larp score, DIAAS is true) is overestimating protein availability in soy
(PDCAAS 0,979 vs DIAAS 0,898),
and underestimating protein availability in meat like beef
(PDCAAS 0.92 vs DIAAS 1.12).
Another interesting study, shows that consumption of a 4 oz beef patty stimulates muscle and whole-body protein synthesis MORE than 4 oz of a soy patty, and still more than 8 oz of a soy patty.
„Nutrients are the same or absorbed better“
Beef protein increases the absorption of iron and zinc SIGNIFICANTLY more in comparison to soy (iron: 7,6% vs 3,5%, zinc: 13,7% vs 10,1%). Vitamin B12 in only enricjed in soy foods, but in beef its natural and 100% bio-available
Fuck the foids and soyboys

The anabolic response to a ground beef patty and soy-based meat alternative: a randomized controlled trial - PubMed
Consumption of a 4 oz beef patty stimulates muscle and whole-body protein synthesis >4 oz SBMA patty and similarly to 8 oz of SBMA. This trial was registered at clinicaltrials.gov as NCT05197140.

Effect of beef and soy proteins on the absorption of non-heme iron and inorganic zinc in children - PubMed
These findings indicate that beef protein increases both non-heme iron and zinc absorption compared to soy protein. The effect of protein source on non-heme iron and inorganic zinc absorption should be one of the factors taken into account when designing diets for children. The inhibitory effect...
