High Fever on mt2

I pinned mt2 for the 2nd time yesterday and ever since that injection i’ve been feeling nausea, body aches i basically feel like i have the flu without a runny nose. My fever got up to 103 a couple times i’m concerned do i got an infection. or should i brush it off i upped my dose from 150mcg to 300mcg after the first day so I supposed that could be why but it’s been 24 hours and I still feel sick and my fever even higher
