only good ppl variation is PPRLR Full body mogs. Just imagine going to the gym every other day and every session you increase the weight by a little bit each time.

I'm only familiar with PPL in the traditional sense. You do push, pull, legs, and then the next day can either be rest or you repeat the PPL and have a rest day after that.

What is PPLR? Is this some kind of new version of the standard PPL?

PPRLR is push pull rest legs rest which is what jordan peters does currently and its just a less frequency high intensity high recovery version of ppl which is better if you are enhanced due to risk of injury. More rest days while roiding=better

Thanks for telling me.

I can see why rest days would be good if you're roiding heavily but don't you think that the amount of rest you're getting is kind of too much for someone who doesn't roid?

full body is good because it keeps ongoing stimulus of the first set aka the most effective set. You have 1 day to recover and then you go back to the gym
