High inhib in public

I’m very high inhib so going out in public is very difficult for me, recently i was at the store and usually whenever i see a group of teens my age i avoid them and walk the other direction for obvious reasons, this time my own mother saw them and went the other way and i asked her why she said “i notice you always try to avoid people youre age” something along those lines. I start to sweat really badly, mild shaking, always have my head down, fidget with my hands, it’s really brutal
