I have been trying to take the bs advice “just mew bro”
but i have a tounge tie, will this really effect my mewing?
I am trying thumb pulling for maxilla, is this just cope or can it actually do something?
are pallate expanders like myobrace or mse cope or can it help fix recession?

are you mewing right? im learnign still, its fucking hard since at the start you cant breath if you do it properly;
