Since having high hormonal levels without good receptors and being healthy doesn t matter so I invented this theory that can benefit us .
Walking up = slight cortisol release and prolactin reduction and dopamine rdgulation and t we should stay fasting at least 2 hours because eating gonna increase insuline and stop the feedback loop and we gonna be fucked the whole day , so the trick here is to eat half full mainly catbs and protein and wait 7 hours mainly till WE get very hungry now our body is in a high absorvative state and high ghrelin signaling so now we Can get the most benefit from the sun plus the uv rays gonna be lower=lower inflimation so now we just need to eat a high fat meal and making sure that we avoid fiber because it increase inflimation and limit absorption so now we have high colesterol intake that gonna produce us testostérone without using a lot of micronutrients that gonna enhance a lot of fonctions in our body instead of being dead from the antinutrients and fiberd and inadequate macros and micronutrients and After that we gonna bronze our balls with magnesium gel and sleep .
