-sleep with a towel under your elbows for internal rotation and gorilla hands​

bro i’m gonna say this straight because this whole thing reads like you stared at your shoulders too long and convinced yourself you cracked the code of attraction


yeah no one’s arguing that being fit helps. that’s obvious. but the way you’re talking about “trap angles” and clavicle categories like women are out here running geometry scans is actually insane. nobody is measuring your neck to shoulder slope. no one. real people look at the whole picture, not some zoomed-in screenshot you paused at the most flattering frame.


the joe manganiello comparison is dumb too. he doesn’t look good because of some magic shoulder line. he looks good because he’s a grown man with a strong face, thick neck, good proportions, confidence, and presence. you can’t just strip all that away and go “nah it’s the trap line bro.” that’s cope.


and this idea that david laid “looks like shit” is wild. you’re comparing different ages, lighting, contexts, and then acting like one guy lost because his traps connect at the wrong angle. that’s not analysis, that’s you trying to explain feelings with fake science.

and here’s the part you don’t want to hear: attraction isn’t a paused screenshot. it’s how you move, how you stand, how you talk, how comfortable you are in your body. if you’re radiating insecurity and resentment, no shoulder slope on earth is saving you.


lift hard. train everything. get lean. fix your posture. dress like a normal person. stop inventing measurements to explain why things didn’t work yet. you’ll make way more progress doing that than playing architect with your bones in the mirror.
