at 5 ‘10 was sitting at around 143 pounds for a while and felt great just maintaining and eating as nutrient dense as possible. I recently been eating more overall (still same food) and are now at 150.

I feel like my face has gotten so much fatter, I dont understand, its not bloat, its from the weight ive gained i think, it could be all in my head but idk. my question is should i try to cut back down so my face is leaner, or try to be eating as much as possible for development? If i were to cut back down, best way to go about this? I was thinking raw milk and egg fast, might be bad idea tho as even 150 is pretty underweight for my height.

dont do agressive cutting during development
300-500 cal deficit will do
if you eat good nutrients and more and do sports, just go back to what you were eating before, you'll go back to that weight

At 5'10 and 150 lbs your BMI is like 21.5, ideally it would be 23-25, so you'd have to be 10 lbs heavier minimum.

However your BMI means jackshit if half that weight is from fat and not muscle. If I were you, I'd cut to a place where you feel comfortable with your facial aesthetics and then take a period to bulk CLEANLY to 162-165 lbs, and then cutting to a weight around 160 lbs.

Oh, you said something I missed, you're still developing. At that age, if you're not fat, your "facial leanness" means jackshit, you're not getting relevant play with quality women anyway, so why care? As long as you're not over 20% body fat, it's fine, just be in a small surplus to maximize your developement.

Just be a deficit/surplus, depending on what you decide to do, not too aggressive or light (so, don't cut or bulk under 300 calories at the start, you can go faster at 500, but I wouldn't recommend it). Just make sure you're meeting 100% of your macro and micronutrient needs from nutrient-dense whole foods, no "raw milk and meat" esoteric bullshit
