at 5 ‘10 was sitting at around 143 pounds for a while and felt great just maintaining and eating as nutrient dense as possible. I recently been eating more overall (still same food) and are now at 150.
I feel like my face has gotten so much fatter, I dont understand, its not bloat, its from the weight ive gained i think, it could be all in my head but idk. my question is should i try to cut back down so my face is leaner, or try to be eating as much as possible for development? If i were to cut back down, best way to go about this? I was thinking raw milk and egg fast, might be bad idea tho as even 150 is pretty underweight for my height.
