This is my plan guys and i wanted to get your opinion on it.

Im like 5’10,5 , 5‘11 in the morning after waking up and i am 16,3 years old. My dad is like 5‘7 and my mom 5‘5 and this also made me wonder why am i so much taller than them. Then i find out that my grandfather on my dad side was something like 6‘8 (i dont know why my father is 5‘7 when his father was this tall and he even got a close sister that is as tall as me), also the brothers of my mother and my cousins are like 5’11-6’1. I'd say their genes saved me, because if you calculate my height based solely on my parents heights, my final height should be approximately 5'8, at max maybe 5‘9. I grew like 3,5-4 inches from 13-14 so yeah that was my peak growth spurt. 2-2,5 inches from 14-15 (I think my growth slowed down so much there if you compare it to my growth from 13-14 because I started going to the gym at that age, and no, I don't think the gym stopped my growth. I fell into the "lean is law" trap at an age where my growth is more important and i was usually in a calorie deficit of over 500 calories. Of course, not all year round. I was maybe in a deficit for about 4-5 months out of 12, which isn't optimal for growth). And i grew like 1-1,5 inches from 15-16. but in the last i say 6 months i almost didnt see any growth like 0,4 inches maybe at max (my diet and sleep is a little shit but im changing it right now).

I know you are maybe gonna say just get a xray and yeah im getting one in the next week but this is just a prediction.

I'm assuming my bone age roughly is like my actual age, since otherwise I would have grown very little or almost not at all last year if it were older. I'm estimating a bone age of 16.3-16.4. According to Bayley Pinneau, at this bone age, one has already reached approximately 98.5% of their final height. So, assuming 1.5% remaining growth, I should grow almost exactly another inch, and I think that's realistic even with my slow growth rate, assuming the growth plates don't close soon.

So lets say i grow another inch to the age of 18. So my morning height will be almost 6 inches. My shoes give a boost of 1-1,2 inches. Plus im gonna get comfort inserts that also make me another 0,5 inches taller. Im not gonna get insoles because if i get caught with them its over bro but if i even get caught with my inserts i can just say they are there because the shoe is uncomfortable or some shit like that.

With everything my height will maybe be something like 6‘1-6‘1,5. So i can just claim 6‘0,5 or maybe even 6’1 which is 184-185cm in germany (the average for young adults so from 18-25 is 181cm here, so something like 5‘11,5 and the overall average is almost like my height, like 5‘11 but i dont give a shit about that because it also includes heights from some 60 or 70 year old dudes). Im not gonna claim over 6‘1 because someone who is really 6‘2 or something like that is gonna look taller than me when he stands next to me and i dont want to look like a retard.

So like im gonna be 6‘1-6‘1,5 outside and i personally think that isnt a limiting height even if the ideal range maybe begins at 6,2 barefoot.
Or what do you think about all of that ?

(Im also gonna try to get the maximum out of my fucking spine with decompressing and stretching, perfect posture and anterior pelvic tilt and glucosamine plus msm which maybe some of you think is cope).
