1. MEWING AND THUMBPULLIMG
Even if many people say they're cope I still want to give them a shot:
-Mewing 24/7(+10 minutes humming experimental)
-Thumbpulling 600 cycles a day per part (10min each)
-Hard chewing 30-60minutes a day
-Orbital pulling (Frontozygomatic suture) same routine as thunbpulling
Thumbpulling works by placing traction on the mid palatal suture, this mechanical tension upregulates DALRD3, which via a tRNA modification (m^3C) enhances translation of ID3 (an inhibitor of DNA binding 3) and thereby boosts osteogenic differentiation of suture stem cells (SuSCs).
Traction causes ECM and Collagen fibers to realign and cause structural mechanosensing, Mesenchymal stem/cell activation and migration toward bone border happens, Up-regulation of Dalrd3 leads to increased IRNA m'C modification which leads to enhanced translation of osteogenic mRNAs (eg., Id3). Osteogenic differentiation of SuSCs/mesenchymal cells causes bone matrix deposition at suture border which causes Sutural growth/adaptation (widening, expansion, shape change)

Alternated activation with relaxation of periosteum stimulates bone modeling and remodeling - Scientific Reports
Gradual elevation of the periosteum from the original bone surface, based on the principle of distraction osteogenesis, induces endogenous hard and soft tissue formation. This study aimed to assess the impact of alternating protocols of activation with relaxation (periosteal pumping) on bone...
Subperiosteal new bone formation with the distal tibial classic metaphyseal lesion: prevalence on radiographic skeletal surveys - Pediatric Radiology
Background The classic metaphyseal lesion (CML) is a strong indicator of infant abuse, and the distal tibia is one of the most common sites for this injury. Objective To determine the prevalence of subperiosteal new bone formation accompanying the distal tibial CMLs identified on infant skeletal...
Surface microcracks signal osteoblasts to regulate alignment and bone formation - PMC
Microcracks are present in bone and can result from fatigue damage due to repeated, cyclically applied stresses. From a mechanical point, microcracks can dissipate strain energy at the advancing tip of a crack to improve overall bone toughness. ...

Testosterone-mediated sex differences in the face shape during adolescence: subjective impressions and objective features - PubMed
Sex identification of a face is essential for social cognition. Still, perceptual cues indicating the sex of a face, and mechanisms underlying their development, remain poorly understood. Previously, our group described objective age- and sex-related differences in faces of healthy male and...
Second to fourth digit ratio and face shape - PMC
The average human male face differs from the average female face in size and shape of the jaws, cheek-bones, lips, eyes and nose. It is possible that this dimorphism is determined by sex steroids such as testosterone (T) and oestrogen (E), and ...
Use of aromatase inhibitors to increase final height - PubMed
During puberty in both sexes, the mechanism involved in epiphyseal fusion is mediated by the action of estrogen through a cascade of events including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis of chondrocytes. The enzyme P450 aromatase catalyzes the aromatization of C19 androgens...
Aromatase Inhibitors Treatment Alone or With GH Increases Final Height in Short-statured Pubertal Boys-Real-world Data - PubMed

The effect of dihydrotestosterone exposure during or prior to the masculinization programming window on reproductive development in male and female rats - PubMed
Masculinization is programmed by androgen exposure during a masculinization programming window (MPW). Deficiency in MPW androgen action results in reduced size of all reproductive organs and anogenital distance (AGD) and reproductive disorders. Although timing of MPW closing has been defined...
Relationship between plasma testosterone and dihydrotestosterone concentrations and male facial hair growth - PubMed

Biological effects of androgens and identification of specific dihydrotestosterone-binding sites in cultured human fetal epiphyseal chondrocytes - PubMed
The biological effects of dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and testosterone (T) on cultured human fetal epiphyseal chondrocytes were assessed by studying the ability of these androgens to promote DNA synthesis. DNA synthesis was evaluated by measuring [3H]thymidine incorporation into DNA. After 48-h...
1,25(OH)2D3 and dihydrotestosterone interact to regulate proliferation and differentiation of epiphyseal chondrocytes - PubMed
Growth plate chondrocytes are affected by 1,25(OH)2D3 and androgens, which may critically interact to regulate proliferation and differentiation during the male pubertal growth spurt. We investigated possible interactions of 1,25(OH)2D3 and the non-aromatizable androgen dihydrotestosterone (DHT)...
